  • Do you carry insurance required for my venue?
    Yes. We are fully licensed and insured at Platinum Party. If you or your venue are requesting a Proof of Insurance, we can email a copy directly to you or the venue. Please note that if your venue desires an "additional insured" a $30 fee will be added to your contract in writing.
  • Is setup time included in your price?
    Setup time is not included in the price. If the event is booked from 6:00-10:00, we will arrive around an hour early, and you will only be charged for the time allotted for the party, however we make sure we are fully setup and ready to start for the time you desire.
  • What do I need to provide?
    All we need is an outlet or power source to plug our equipment into. We will bring the rest! If face painting is included, we kindly ask if you can provide a small table.

  • Do you offer a contract agreement?
    Yes. We will work on a contract together. However, a contract will only be proposed after you look and make sure everything checks out with you. We send contracts via email, and explain everything in writing so that we are both on the same page.
  • Can we make song requests?
    Absolutely! Song requests are encouraged. We love to play the music that caters to our guests. You are always welcome to email us a list of songs you would like to hear, or ask the DJ at the party if they can play a certain set of songs.
